“We stayed in a Premium Bay View Flat and wow, the rooms were immaculate and well-appointed! Each bedroom was spacious with its own bathroom, a huge plus for my family. The full-size washer/dryer provided convenience during our longer stay, making it feel like home. “Our kids loved their stay! The flat had adorable bunk beds in two rooms that they named themselves, instilling a sense of adventure. The lagoon was a highlight; my boys thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding, while the rope swing and slides were thrilling for everyone. “We had a fantastic experience dining at the resort! The food hall had a variety of options that appealed to our group, from pizzas to salads. We also dined at the upscale Conrad Sophia's restaurant, kid-friendly and offered good dishes for both children and adults. “The lagoon was a fantastic spot for relaxation and play! The warm water made it perfect for swimming, and we enjoyed all the amenities available. We lounged on the hammocks, played beach games, and had the time of our lives at the free kayak and paddleboard sessions.
